Joe leads the software team that develops code for delivery to Tula’s customers and was the developer of the DSF fire control algorithms and code. Joe joined the company in 2011, bringing a deep knowledge of algorithm development for control systems, including software development for embedded systems, to Tula. Prior to joining Tula, Joe was a principal engineer at several companies in Silicon Valley, including Telegent Systems, where he designed algorithms enabling television on cell phones; LSI Logic where he developed software and silicon for DSL technology and DVD controllers; and at IBM.
